Getting Ready for Hearts Day!

Here they are! Our very own ipod valentines!

We added our own touch; a label with the names and even a little Apple love logo!

We loved every bit of this project, from start to finish. We were tired of the same old boxed sets, and we LOVE making crafts. Grace is SOOO excited to hand these out to her classmates tomorrow and to her dance classmates on Saturday!

I have a new shoe design... Market Frolic:

The sandals were made to match the outfit made by my great friend, Annette of Pickles*and*Co!

The perfectly matched bows were made by my Sugar3 buddy, Des of Details-by-Des!

While on this photo shoot, Grace found this shell that really grabbed her attention because of it's pearly, irridescent colors.

I just love how my beautiful little girl finds beauty in every little thing.

Weekend Valentine Project

I found this "Rock Candy" homemade valentine idea in my Family Fun magazine. It's an "ipod" made from conversation hearts and peanut butter cups! I thought Grace and I would have fun making them this weekend, and it's something different from the usual boxed card sets. It rocks AND it tastes good! I'll keep ya posted on how they turn out!

I finally did it. I joined the masses and created a blog! I don't know why it's taken me so long to dive in, but here I am... head first, baby!

I will post here with new shoe designs, group news, and family news too!

My design group, Sugar3, was my primary motivation for jumping in. We have created a group blog, and I will be contributing to that, so I figured I better figure out what the heck I'm doing!

Sugar3 is doing something entirely different than what you've seen before in the boutique world.
